DU Refined Rhinoplasty
DU's signature rhinoplasty — a nose that is natural yet striking, engineered with the SafeCore System so the result lasts a lifetime

Overview
DU Refined Rhinoplasty is the clinic's signature nose surgery: a nose designed to look natural from every angle yet distinctly elegant, built on Dr. Oh Sewon's SafeCore System — a double-column, triple-fixation, four-directional support structure that keeps the nasal tip from dropping or collapsing as years pass.
Every surgery begins with 3D CT analysis of your bone and cartilage, then a design that considers your entire face — forehead-to-lip proportions, ideal nasofrontal angle (132–138°) and nasolabial angle — calibrated to 1–2mm and 2–3 degrees. The goal is stated plainly at DU: this surgery should be your last.

DU Refined Rhinoplasty — FAQ
What makes 'refined' rhinoplasty different?
It is DU's complete design philosophy: bridge kept soft and natural, tip made refined and defined, and the underlying structure reinforced with SafeCore so the shape holds permanently.
How long is recovery?
Splint and stitches come off around day 7 (final check day 14); most swelling settles within 1–2 weeks and daily life resumes after about a week.
Will it look operated or artificial?
No — the design intentionally avoids an over-projected 'surgical' look. Angles are calculated from your own facial proportions, not a template.
Can it fix my mouth protrusion look?
Improving the nasolabial angle often softens the appearance of a protruding mouth — a benefit DU designs into the plan when relevant.
