A mini facelift concentrates the surgical correction where most patients first age: the jowls and jawline. Through shorter incisions around the ear, the lower-face SMAS is lifted and fixed, restoring a clean mandibular line without a full-scale operation.
It is the honest middle step between threads and a full facelift — real surgical repositioning with 2–3 hours of surgery and about a week of primary recovery, for laxity that threads can no longer hold but that doesn't yet demand the complete procedure.

How visible are the scars?
