Titanium is a diode platform rather than an ultrasound one, and it runs two delivery modes within a single session. STACK layers pulses on a fixed point to build bulk heat in the deeper dermis; the in-motion mode sweeps rapid low-fluence pulses across the surface at over 150 a second. Three wavelengths are delivered together rather than one at a time, which spreads the energy across different depths in the same pass instead of concentrating it at one focal point.

A session runs roughly thirty to sixty minutes depending on the area and the energy used, with contact cooling through the handpiece so anaesthesia is not normally required and there is no downtime afterwards. Some tightening is felt on the day, with the collagen response building over the following two weeks to three months. Energy is priced by total kilojoules rather than by shot count, so the dose scales to the area and to the heating the tissue will take rather than to a fixed package.
